An introduction to Water Management
Our water management team encompasses a multi-discipline group of scientists, consultants and technicians with over 25 years’ experience within the water management field including; risk assessment of legionella bacteria and pseudomonas aeruginosa, written schemes of control, policy and strategy implementation, provision of bespoke documentation, monitoring and maintenance services, cleaning and disinfection services, training services, analytical and testing services and consultancy services.
Inspectas have considerable experience working across all business sectors including healthcare, education, industry, process, commercial, leisure, hospitality, power supply and transportation.
We work collaboratively with your organisation to offer total support from design, installation and maintenance and monitoring regimes to documentation, audit and review.
In addition to working within our own strict ISO quality systems, our work is undertaken in accordance with current legislation and guidance (ACoP L8 & HSG 274 P1-3), BS8580-1 2019, HTM 04-01, BSRIA & CIBSE publications.

- Monitoring & Maintenance Services – Full monitoring & maintenance schedules to include bespoke written control schemes, bespoke record systems, planned preventative maintenance activities (PPM), management of remediation requirements and audit & review services.
- Water Management Authorised Engineer Services – Technical expertise required to manage complex sites to ensure total support and ongoing compliance.
- Cleaning & Disinfection Services – Bespoke cleaning and disinfection regimes (routine & emergency) specific to the type of water system(s) on-site.
- Water Management Consultancy Services – System design, water strategy, life cycle planning, monitoring & maintenance, compliance management. Offering a bespoke service tailored to your specific requirements ensuring total compliance and peace of mind.
- Training Services – Courses for Legionella Awareness are available at our training facility near Leeds, or at a premise of the client’s choice.
- Remedial Action Project Management – Management of risk assessment output ensuring actions are rectified and completed by approved contractors within budget and timescale to required standards, including audit and review and regular progress management.
