This is a survey that is required before any refurbishment or demolition work can be carried out. For any works that may affect the fabric of the building, whether this be maintenance, intrusive or any destructive works, a refurbishment/demolition survey will be required. For all demolition works a demolition survey must be undertaken.

Inspect ASL also offer re-inspection services. This is a service that updates the asbestos register and helps the duty holder comply.
