Michael served as a firefighter in the Royal Air Force for 18 years before an eight-year civilian career as a construction site risk assessor, surveyor, inspector and senior project manager.

A member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (MIFSM) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (MInstLM), Michael plans to use his wide construction knowledge and specialist fire expertise to advise, guide and support clients through the minefield and complexities of fire safety.
