Eco FM manages prime commercial spaces for huge brands such as UK European Investment, River Island and Scarborough Group International.

The company specialises in creating the quality environments that support the growth of big businesses. The buildings managed vary from heritage properties to modern glass towers but one thing they all have in common is their tip-top condition. Eco FM takes care of every detail of these spaces from replacing hand soap in the bathrooms and staffing reception areas, to overseeing electrical and mechanical services.

Approach

We work swiftly and discreetly to survey, plan and manage our work – outside of normal trading hours if that’s what’s needed. We handpick approved contractors when remedial work needs to be carried out and work closely with them to oversee the job.
